Turkey, Camembert & Rhubarb Pouches

Ingredients:

1 Camembert cheese 125g
250g thick slices oven roasted Turkey breast
6 filo pastry sheets
3 tbls Wicked Fusion Rhubarb Chutney
100g unsalted butter or margarine

Method

Preheat oven to 180ยบ
Line baking tray with baking paper
Melt butter in bowl, brush 3 sheets of filo pastry with melted butter and stack them on top of one another. Repeat the process for the other 3 sheets.
Cut each stack of filo pastry into 4 equal squares.
Dice turkey breast and place a small portion of turkey breast into each pastry square. Add a slice of camembert and a dollop of Wicked Fusion Rhubarb Chutney.
Gather corners of pastry and twist to enclose pouches.
Brush with melted butter, place on tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Note: Deli Chicken breast slices may also be used instead of turkey.
