Baked Chili and Coriander Ricotta

Ingredients:

250g fresh ricotta
2 tbls Wicked Fusion Chilli & Coriander Jam

Method:

Grease and line soufflé dish.
Mix ingredients together pressing firmly into dish.
Bake in oven for 20mins or until firm
Allow to cool, invert into plate and place in refrigerator.
Slice and serve with crackers.
