1kg Veal, pork or beef mince
1 finely chopped onion
1 small bunch parsley, chopped finely
2 slices bread, crusts removed
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons WICKED FUSION Roasted Capsicum and Garlic sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon WICKED FUSION Moroccan Rub (optional)
In a bowl soak slices of bread in milk, until the bread has soaked in all the milk.
Mash with a fork and add mince, onion, parsley, eggs, Roasted Capsicum and Garlic sauce and Moroccan Rub.
Blend all ingredients well.
Shape mince mixture into meatballs.
Fry until browned all over and cooked in the centre.
Note:- Another option is to fry meatballs until browned all over. Transfer to a baking dish, pour aJar of tomato pasta sauce over meatballs top with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven until cooked through. These can be served as they are with crusty bread or with cooked pasta.
