Ham & Pineapple Pinwheels


– 1 sheet of Puff pastry
– ½ cup of grated cheese
– 6 slices of ham
– 1 tbls Wicked Fusion Pineapple Chutney
– ¼ cup of milk


Preheat oven at 180ºC
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Spread Pineapple Chutney onto pastry sheet leaving a 1cm border at one end of pastry sheet.
Top with ham slices; sprinkle grated cheese and slightly wet 1cm border with water.
Roll pastry tightly into a log securing the edge and then brush log with milk.
Slice log into 1cm slices and then lay them on your baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden.
